Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monthly close process for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior and staff accountants
  • Maintain and oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for U.S. and Canadian operations
  • Partner closely with operations, pricing, and finance leadership to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Approve treasury activities, including weekly disbursements and wire releases
  • Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits
  • Support ERP implementation and finance process optimization efforts
  • Assist with additional accounting and operational projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 5-7 years of public accounting experience with manufacturing or product-based clients at the Manager level preferred
    OR
  • 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based environment
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting staff
  • Strong systems and ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
