Automotive Service Director

A North Georgia import dealer is looking for a highâ€'impact Automotive Service Director who knows how to build strong teams, elevate CSI, and drive consistent growth. Our import dealership has a loyal customer base, a busy shop, and ownership committed to investing in the right leader.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a fastâ€'paced service department with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and motivate advisors and technicians
• Drive revenue through smart scheduling, process discipline, and strong leadership
• Maintain OEM standards, warranty accuracy, and compliance
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to ensure smooth operations
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance across the board

What You Bring:

• Proven success running a dealership service department
• Import brand experience strongly preferred
• CDK and Xtime experience are a must
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, capacity, and customer expectations
• Dataâ€'driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
