• Base hourly rate+ performance bonuses + weekly/monthly spiffs- hourly rates will be discussed during the interview with the manager and dependent on candidate experience. $19.00 per hour
• MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, with a Saturday rotation from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:

This position involves making outbound calls to our customers.

• We're looking for proven Customer Service experience (1-3 years)
• Phone & verbal communication skills and listening skills.
• MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone edict.
• Experience with heavy outbound calls.
• The ability to instantly develop rapport.
• Bilingual in Spanish

The California pay range for this position is $17.78 - $22.00 plus bonus. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
