We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Manager to lead blood bank operations for a respected healthcare organization in downtown Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced laboratory professional with a strong background in blood banking and progressive leadership experience.

- Bachelor s degree required
- MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) certification required
- SBB preferred, but not required
- Progressive leadership/management experience within a blood bank
- Strong knowledge of blood banking and immunohematology
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support laboratory staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in blood banking along with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities and the ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations, staff, quality, and regulatory requirements.
