• Review and process unposted deposit account transactions
• Monitor daily reports, identify exceptions, and escalate issues as needed
• Review On-Us checks and mobile deposits for accuracy
• Perform account maintenance and apply holds or restrictions when required
• Manage and monitor the operations helpdesk ticketing system
• Prepare recurring operational and board-level reports
Qualifications for the Branch Operations:
• 2+ years of retail banking or deposit operations experience
• Strong understanding of banking products and daily branch operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume processing workloads
• Strong communication skills in a professional banking environment
