• Develop, validate, and oversee financial models and pro forma analyses for new ventures
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to executive leadership and business partners
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and due diligence teams
• Provide strategic oversight for startup entities and business expansion initiatives
• Direct and mentor the accounting and finance organization while ensuring financial excellence Qualifications for the CFO: • Insurance industry experience required; MGA and/or Bermuda experience preferred
• Strong background in M&A, transaction support, and financial modeling
• Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, Head of Accounting, or Controller
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives, investors, and business leaders on strategic initiatives
