Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller: • Lead month-end close and oversee cash management functions
• Manage and develop a team (AR, AP, and Staff Accountant)
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations
• Partner with leadership to support business decision-making
Qualifications for the Controller: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience in industries with tangible assets (inventory and fixed assets required)
• Experience with SAP or large ERP systems preferred
