Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Manage treasury functions and liquidity reporting
• Prepare and review regulatory call reports
• Provide general ledger oversight and controls
• Coordinate payroll through Insperity
• Oversee AP and bill pay processes

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Prior banking or financial institution experience required
• Prior Controller or Assistant Controller level experience
• Experience operating in lean or transitional environments
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on role
