Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

Key Responsibilities: CFO / Controller

• CFO/Controller will lead the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
• Manage banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting
• Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance
• Coordinate tax work with the external CPA firm
• Drive budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making

Qualifications: CFO / Controller

• 7+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
• Strong experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and banking relationships
