Our client is seeking a strategic, technology driven Corporate Controller to join their finance leadership team. The Corporate Controller role partners closely with the CFO to enhance financial operations, optimize systems, strengthen controls and rive process improvements across a growing organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative change agent who enjoys leveraging technology, improving processes and building scalable financial operations.
Salary - $150k - $180k

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Controller

• Partner with CFO on month end close, budgeting, forecasting and absit preparation
• Provide financial insights and analytics through ERP
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including SOP development, internal controls and workflow optimization
• Drive key projects
• Champion automation, reporting enhancements and scalable financial systems

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, audits and internal controls
• Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements or system optimization
