You'll take on hands-on engineering work from field measurements and design through final delivery, while also driving improvement to our processes. Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and implement improvements to repair and maintenance processes to increase equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve efficiencyTake projects from conception to completion, including field measurements, design work, and final delivery, in close partnership with our Production and Field Service teamsServe as the technical bridge between departments, establishing clear communication among themDiagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, and related equipmentCreate and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentationContinuously identify opportunity to improve processes, quality, and team capabilities Compensation & BenefitsAnnual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000401(k) with company matchingHealth benefits including Vision and DentalLife InsurancePaid Time Off Equal Opportunity Employer We are an EOE employer and encourage applications from minorities, females, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Qualifications: EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field requiredMinimum of five (5) years of engineering experienceExperience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred Technical SkillsHands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environmentProficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formatsPractical experience with industrial maintenance Additional SkillsAnalytical, detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues and improving processesStrong communicator who can work effectively across departments and with customersSelf-motivated with a drive to improve yourself, your team, and the company
