Develops, trains and motivates; make job assignments, and follows contract and/or company policies.Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract maintenance of facility and equipment.Performs equipment and project design.Plans and supervises project work.Provides manufacturing support to business centers.Performs cost equipment.Initiates purchase for equipment and maintenance supplies.Reports on maintenance and engineering activities to management. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent work experience 5 years of relevant maintenance or process engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
