Lead facilities staff and contractors while managing vendor relationships, service agreements, budgets, and expenditures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building security protocols, and facility safety programs. Manage facility services, space utilization, and occupant requests while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience Significant experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering, maintenance management, construction, and procurement. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor"s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
