Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock across multiple product lines
  • Analyze inventory trends, usage, and forecasting to support purchasing decisions
  • Create and manage purchase orders while coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Track supplier performance, pricing, and lead times to improve purchasing efficiency
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy, purchasing metrics, and KPIs
  • Partner with operations, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure inventory aligns with business needs
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve inventory turns, and streamline purchasing processes
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, purchasing, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
