Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a thorough and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a group of luxury apartment communities in Sheffield Village. This person will be part of our growing maintenance team, and will be responsible for turning vacated apartments and performing a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and vacated apartments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but also work well with other team members and tenants, and will be personable, reliable, responsible and meticulous. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. As a small family-owned company, we can also offer schedule flexibility upon completion of training.
