We Offer
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift; 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday- Friday. Some OT required (possible Saturday hours as needed)
Pay: $34.44/hr. to start

Primary Function
The Multi-craft Maintenance Technician III (1st Shift) is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing issues on production equipment, facilities and grounds. Using their combination of skills and knowledge of mechanics, electrical and hydraulics the Tech will perform regular PM orders and work orders on equipment in a safe and timely manner using LOTO procedures. The Tech will also enter and complete task into SAP work order system. The Tech will be able to work independently and with other team members. The Tech will keep the Supervisor and or Lead informed of breakdowns and status of issues and condition of machinery being repaired or serviced.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate tasks to workers for the timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate and communicate tasks to workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, installing and testing of industrial machinery, where necessary.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date files that list maintenance performed, required equipment and facility.
- Develop maintenance work priorities, studies production schedules, and estimate time requirements for job assignment completion.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems and verify quality of work completed.
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Instruct and train new and transferred employees into the maintenance department on duties, methods, order and frequency of assigned work.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical prints, hydraulic prints and pneumatic prints to perform required maintenance repairs and service to equipment.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical & hydraulics with 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma with 5 years of manufacturing experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLC's in lieu of Associates degree.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be willing to work occasional opposite shift, call in and weekends.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- SAP experience preferred

- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
- Use of wrenching, impacting, and/or vibrating tools (manual and automatic) is required occasionally for extended periods of time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
