You will support the 340B pharmacy program. This includes reviewing contracts, auditing contract pharmacies, and sharing information with Clinic staff and patients. Builds and maintains relationships with partner agencies and Pharmacists. Manages Floater Pharmacist schedules and works closely with clinical and operations teams to guarantee pharmacist coverage for all locations. Works directly with VP of Pharmacy to ensure standardized workflows throughout all Pharmacies and assists with Operations.

Position Highlights:
- FTE (40 hours per week)
- $29.18-$35.74/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

- Reviews contracts with third-party vendors and contract pharmacies under the direction of the VP of Pharmacy Operations.
- Supports the implementation of new contract pharmacies and maintains the contract database including a current list of Providers.
- Maintains policies and procedures on 340B contract pharmacy arrangements, providing recommendations for improvements. Conducts regular reviews of pharmacy adherence to contracts, policies and procedures.
- Compiles and analyzes data from pharmacy business branches as needed.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Pharmacists, partner agencies, and vendors.
- Reviews and analyzes bi-weekly and monthly financial statements, escalating any concerns. Verifies that funds are received and posted accurately on a monthly basis.
- Responds to all audit requests and conducts regular audits of the program to ensure adherence to all applicable requirements.
- Serves as a resource for pharmacy reporting and maintains Pharmacy scorecard.
- Completes audits to ensure pharmacies are properly carving out Medicaid Managed Care claims.
- Oversees audits of Contract Pharmacy and YVFWC pharmacy claims for diversion and duplicate discounting, inventory control, and other relevant areas. Ensures any issues discovered during the audit are resolved.
- Assists in the preparation of Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) applications for new pharmacies.
- Works with YVFWC floats, Per Diem Pharmacists, and Locum Vendors to acquire coverage for pharmacies as needed and maintains a schedule for Locums coverage provided.
- Prepares and maintains PBM contracts under the direction of the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and maintains the contract database.
- Completes and processes re-credentialing requests from PBMs. Maintains a list of Pharmacy licensures, processes license renewals, and updates license information with PBMs as required.
- Performs clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and YVFWC requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Two years' pharmacy related experience is required.
- Pharmacy Assistant license or ability to obtain a license within 90 days of employment required.
- Experience coordinating a 340B program.
- Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
