Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and execution-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle-from initial intake and active talent sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent. The ideal candidate does not rely on passive "post and pray" methods. Instead, you will bring true initiative and gumption to our talent acquisition pipeline, implementing aggressive outbound sourcing strategies, building warm candidate pipelines, and acting as a trusted talent advisor to our hiring managers. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for ODM's current and future hiring needs.
