Recruitment Accounts Manager

Salary Range: $40K- $60K

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Manager to oversee client relationships in South Carolina State. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process and the ability to manage client engagements, coordinate hiring needs, and ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions. This role involves both remote work and onsite visits for client meetings and candidate interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments, ensuring clear communication.
• Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
• Translate client staffing needs into actionable requirements for the recruitment team.
• Managing client relationships, overseeing staffing operations, business development, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and client requirements.
• Conduct onsite client visits to discuss staffing needs, build rapport, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
