Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Burlington, WA Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ DOE + Straight Time Pay About the Opportunity A well-established employee-focused engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing team in Burlington, Washington. Responsibilities Lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications Mentor junior engineers and technical staff Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Perform quality control reviews Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 7+ years of civil engineering experience Experience in one or more of the following: Land Development Transportation Bridge Design Municipal Engineering Strong communication and project management skills Compensation & Benefits $110,000-$140,000+ base salary Straight Time Pay Excellent medical, dental & vision coverage Career advancement opportunities Collaborative team environment
