Senior Finance Analyst (Fully Onsite - Greater Hartford Area)

Responsibilities:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive effective financial planning
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Monitor grant spending and manage restricted funds
  • Assist with audit preparation, including account reconciliations and supporting documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • Proficiency with Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Hands-on approach with readiness to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Strong team-oriented mindset
Salary: Up to $72,800/yr
