Staff Accountant Responsibilities

• Lead ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives
• Support expansion efforts, capital projects, and operational improvements
• Assist with month end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and balance sheet maintenance
• Help ensure expenses and transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Partner with accounting and operations teams on day to day financial activities
• Assist with audit preparation and internal documentation
• Contribute to process improvements as the organization continues to scale

Staff Accountant Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Preferred: 1-3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Clear communicator who works well in a team

Salary Range

70K-80K
