As our enthusiastic and hardworking Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): taking an active role and partnering with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, assuming responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, assisting Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, scheduling store employees, assisting Store Manager with hiring, training and directing the store team, communicating any personnel issues and performance results, ensuring high levels of customer and donor satisfaction, supporting the Store Manager to ensure Back Room Processors/Warehouse Associates are working effectively, responsible for supervision, support, and conduct reporting of program beneficiaries, responsible for the protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property, assuring that safety measures are established and maintained, and completing all tasks as assigned by the District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors and Command Administration.
Qualifications to be considered for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 2 years previous retail management/supervisory experience, basic understanding of office applications, valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR report, ability to communicate effectively, ability to perform various physical tasks, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Work schedules are determined by management and employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may be scheduled to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
